About Us

The Rainbow Paws Program believes all creatures deserve food, shelter, care and respect. We recognize the role companion animals play in the overall well-being of their guardians - particularly individuals and families doing it tough. Companion animals provide emotional support, stability, and unconditional love. We believe they deserve nothing less in return. The Rainbow Paws Program provides free pet food and products in addition to subsidised boarding, desexing and vet costs.

Mission

The Rainbow Paws Program recognises the important role companion animals play in maintaining the health and well-being of their human guardians. These loved animals provided unconditional love, support, security and companionship. Our mission is to reduce the financial burden of owning a pet for the most vulnerable in our community.

Aim

We aim to provide any support necessary to help maintain the strong relationship between vulnerable members of our community and their beloved companions. This support comes in the form goods such as pet food, collars, jackets, bedding etc and subsidised boarding, desexing and medical costs.

Our Clients

We provide assistance to the beloved companions animal of people experiencing or at risk of homelessness, the isolated elderly, financially disadvantaged, individuals with mental health or physical issues, and people currently living in refuges.
